Return and warranty

Watches purchased in the shop cannot be exchanged or returned. Watches purchased remotely have a statutory 14 day right of return. The watch to be returned must be in exactly the same condition as when it was purchased. The watch may be tried on at home, but not worn. Any defects must be reported immediately. The terms of the guarantee also apply to the return, i.e. the watch must not be opened in any other way. If the watch has been opened or damaged, it cannot be returned.

Warranty

If the product does not have a valid manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a 6-12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover water resistance, straps, damage caused by impact or misuse of the product. During the warranty period, the product will be repaired; a defect under warranty is not a condition of sale. A watch under warranty may not be opened or serviced outside a boutique. If the product is opened, serviced or replaced outside the premises of Kellokonttori, the warranty will no longer be valid. The guarantee is specific to the customer and cannot be transferred to a third party. The sales receipt must be kept for any repair under warranty.
